Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you are a consumer purchasing for personal use, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of a VitalLens API Plan within 14 days of the initial purchase date without giving any reason.

Please note: This 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to business, corporate, or commercial users. All B2B (Business-to-Business) transactions are final.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., an email sent to vitallens@rouast.com).

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (if applicable), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Upon the processing of your withdrawal, your subscription will be cancelled, and your access to the VitalLens API (including any active API keys) will be immediately terminated.

Service Usage During the Withdrawal Period

If you exercise your right of withdrawal after the performance of services has begun (e.g., you have received an API Key or used Frame Credits), the amount refunded will be reduced proportionally based on what has been provided.

For Subscription Plans, the reduction is calculated as the greater of:

1. Time-Based Pro-rata: Time-Based Pro-rata: The percentage of the current monthly billing cycle that has elapsed.

2. Usage-Based Pro-rata: The percentage of total monthly Frame Credits consumed.

For Prepaid Plans, the reduction is based entirely on usage: the percentage of total purchased Frame Credits consumed.

For purchases made through the Apple App Store, please refer to Apple's refund policies. We do not have the ability to process refunds for App Store purchases directly.
